The Egapro index
The Professional Equality Index is a tool for calculating the pay gap between women and men in companies. It is mandatory for any company with at least 50 employees over the past year. It must be published annually by 1 March at the latest.

Consequences of the index result
These corrective measures are determined between the employer and the representative trade union organizations, or by decision of the employer, after consultation with the CSE.
